We’re bringing back the style and ambience of the 1920s at this year’s annual fundraising event!  Come gather together to celebrate our school, eat, drink, listen to live music from our TOPS orchestra and band, dress up (if you want), and most importantly – raise critical funds for Friends of TOPS.

Friends of TOPS Programs include: Music for all grades, Assistants in K-1 classrooms, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Family Nights, Drama, Emergency Assistance, Planting the Seeds, Spring Ultimate, and Writers in the Schools!  All the programs and more are made possible by fundraising efforts like the Spring Auction.

Friends of TOPS Equity Fund: You may choose to contribute to this separate fund supporting the vision that ALL Seattle public schools have the resources to provide enriching opportunities and educational support to meet the needs of their students. Money raised this year for the Equity Fund will be shared next year with other Seattle schools or local organizations supporting schools that have minimal parent/community fundraising.

When: Saturday, April 1st.  Doors open at 6pm.  We’ll kick people out at 10pm.

Where: Enjoy the scenic location of the UW Center for Urban Horticulture, located at 3501 NE 41st Street, Seattle, WA 98105.

How: We encourage you to reserve your free tickets for the TOPS 2023 Spring Auction ahead of time so we make sure to have plenty of food and drinks.  When you register online, you can choose to make a contribution to offset the cost of the event meaning more funds raised go directly to TOPS.

What: There will be both a Silent Auction and a Live Auction on April 1st.  You will be able to bid on sport and theater tickets, restaurant certificates, one-of-a-kind experiences with TOPS teachers, wine tastings, cool collaborative student art pieces made by each TOPS grade, vacation rentals, and so much more!

Online Bidding (To be available the week leading up to the auction): Perfect for those who cannot attend on April 1st and for relatives and friends who may live far away.  Details will be available in March.  If you reserve a ticket to the live auction, you will be automatically registered for online bidding, and a link specific to you will be emailed or texted to you.

You can also give NOW online! Whether you can attend the auction or not, please take this opportunity to contribute to TOPS programs and the Equity Fund.  Choose “Donate to TOPS” and/or “Donate to Equity Fund” from the menu bar. Whatever you give, be it $5 or $5,000, you will be making a difference.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated!
