Proposed Changes to Site Council Bylaws, Voting on April 17

You should have received an email outlining proposed changes to the TOPS Site Council Bylaws. These are relatively minor changes intended to clarify the original meaning of the bylaws and make it easier for us to function within our bylaws. In addition to the changes announced in the email, Site Council would like to add the following (in italics): In section IBa, the purpose of the Site Council is to "...advance the mission of TOPS and its commitment to equity, social justice and compassionate citizenship."

Site Council will be voting on all the proposed bylaws changes at its next meeting on April 17th. If you have feedback or questions, please contact your site council representative or you can email tinashereen@yahoo.com

Would You Like to Nominate Someone to Join Site Council?

Site Council elections are around the corner and new members are needed! Every spring, Site Council elects new members to the board and even if you are not currently on the board, you can still help by being part of the Nominating Committee. Nominate yourself, if you like! If you would like to help shape the 2019-2020 Site Council Board, please contact Christy Lesseig, current Site Council Secretary, at christylesseig@gmail.com to be part of the Nominating Committee. Thank you!
