April 1st to 5th is Deaf Awareness Week! Learn more about Deaf culture, history, and sign language!

Events are happening throughout the school day for students and staff courtesy of our middle school DHH class.

All events will happen during middle school DEAR and will be held in the middle school DHH classroom:

Mon: Learn basic ASL

Tues: ASL art activity

Wed: Schoolwide assembly with Deaf performers from Sunshine 2.0*

Thurs: Play Jeopardy (Deaf facts/history)

Fri: ASL/Deaf short film

*This event will be in the gym.

**Bonus challenge: There will be ear plugs available in the office to wear during lunch/DEAR/recess.
